The Financial Analyst is a key member of our finance team, responsible for assisting the Corporate Controller with comprehensive reporting, preliminary analysis, and accounting/audit reviews. This position requires a meticulous approach to financial data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful analysis to support our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for different clients, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessment, to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models and forecasting tools to predict future financial performance and assess financial risk.
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Participate in the design and implementation of accounting/audit processes, enhancing financial controls and compliance across all entities.
- Utilize financial data analytics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the organization.
- Serve as a key liaison between finance and operational teams to provide financial insights that influence policy and process changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
