D365 Developer

You will be an experienced D365 Developer with at least 5 years’ experience working with Finance specific areas of D365.

You will have broad experience of the product, but particularly will understand core functionality and how it can be extended in areas such as currency revaluation, intercompany transactions, and intercompany trade.

Experience of Procurement processes and the app development/integration would be a significant bonus. You will be comfortable working with senior business users, as well as other technical resources and administrators.

Responsibilities

  • All technology aspects of Microsoft Dynamics D365 design, installation, development, documentation, and support.
  • Analyzing business requirements and working with our solution specialist in converting these into technical specifications.
  • Participate in system design, data model and architecture discussions.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and estimation for development or customization.
  • Working to specification and in accordance with published development standards.
  • Provide day to day implementation/production support.
  • Development of technical test plans (including unit test) to ensure functional completeness and quality.
  • Participate in and contribute to peer code reviews and design sessions.
  • Participate in the development of standards.
  • Integrating logic and understanding of business operations and applying them in performing coding functions.
  • Participating in and contributing to system integration testing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development role and an exposure to D365 F&O working processes.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using management software tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira).
  • The ability to learn quickly, work independently and in team setting.
