Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will be part of the Automation Development Services team, which manages the Platform As a Service platform. We are looking for a highly experienced individual to help the team in implementing Agile methodologies and improving team communication and collaboration.

The role is also suitable for a Junior DevOps/Platform Engineer looking for a hybrid role that covers both scrum mastering and technical hands-on automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in implementing Sprint planning, Sprint review and Sprint retrospectives.
• Keep the Automation team well organized and focused on the projects they have agreed to, in order of technical priority.
• Help the team in managing simultaneously Agile project delivery and support to live services.
• Support the Team Lead with clear product planning through Sprints.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master for one or more teams with solid understanding of DevOps practices and good quality platforms & software engineering
• Agile Certification with strong knowledge of Agile practical implementation
• Broad knowledge and understanding of planning and project management tools and techniques, within Agile environments
• Good knowledge and application of SDLC tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CICD etc.)
• Experience managing delivery across multiple teams, in multiple locations, with complex dependencies and measuring team output through metrics
• Any technical background is a plus
• Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English
